It's time for Designer Hilary and Realtor David. Hilary and her team will work within the confines of their house to gain more space and renew the function. David will show them houses with enough space for everyone. And in the end, Richard and Kim will have to choose what to do with their home. Will they Love It? Or List It?

Andrew and Kiera bought their home knowing it needed some work. They tackled many of the projects around the house, but they've hit a wall with the layout issues. They can't decide if it's better to move or to stay. Designer Hilary and Realtor David want to help them make that decision. Hilary and her team will rework the house to better suit the young family. David will search for homes that will meet their needs. And after all the work is done, Andrew and Kiera will have to make a choice, will they love their home again? Or will they list it?

David and Geneva bought their fixer-upper in search of more room for their growing family. But four years later, the renovations are still not completed and Geneva is fed up. David, on the other hand, thinks all the house needs is a little more work and it could be the perfect home for their now family of four. But one of the main problems with the house starts at the front door... if you can even find it. The home's address is on one street, but their "front entrance" is on another street. On top of that, much of the home is cold, and there's a lack of privacy--the kids' room is attached to the master bedroom. Fed up with the dysfunctional layout that lacks a proper front entrance, David and Geneva call upon experts Jillian and Todd for some much needed solutions. Jillian and her design team will transform their house into an open concept oasis, while Todd will convince the family it's time for a new home. In the end, will they love it or list it?

But eight years later, they've still got some major issues. To help this conflicted couple are designer Jillian and realtor Todd. Jillian and her team will try to turn this '30s bungalow into a comfortable new living and entertaining space, while Todd tries to sell them a new home that suits an active life style. Stuck with a tiny house that is sabotaging their social life, Carolyn and Jeff will have to decide: will they love their home again or will they list it?
